April 18th, 2009: One week until race day! The weather is looking great for the upcoming race! I want to point out a reminder to check in on Saturday if you can. Otherwise come early on Sunday morning to check in. The best place to come is at the Oronoco Park location where the finish line is and transition is located. We will move to the start line just a short walk away about 15 min prior to the start time.
Parking Information:
Parking is available in Oronoco Park if you get there early enough, say 6:30 a.m. That is when transition area opens. There is room in the park for about 25 cars or so. This is premium parking because it is literally 10 ft from the transition area. Otherwise, you may park on the north side of 5th St NW, there is a very big shoulder along that road in front of the park entrance. There is also a dirt parking lot just a block away off of 5th St NW(247) and Ash Rd NW. Additional parking is available at Oronoco City Hall on 2nd St NW & 1st Ave NW.

March 18th, 2009: Rochester Cycling & Fitness just became our Official Bike Shop/Technical Support for the event this year. Please stop by Rochester Cycling & Fitness for a great deal on a bike tune up, parts, or even a new bike for the race. Matt and Deb will surely take good care of you!
January 28, 2009: Registrations are going well. We just made a deal with SweatVac to be our Official Performance Hat and Technical T-Shirt supply for 2009! The shirts are going to be Long Sleeved Technical Tees and everyone will get a super cool 60/40 Beanie in Technicolor Tye Dye!
