Parking Information:

Parking is available in Oronoco Park if you get there early enough, say 6:30 a.m. That is when transition area opens. There is room in the park for about 25 cars or so. This is premium parking because it is literally 10 ft from the transition area. Otherwise, you may park on the north side of 5th St NW, there is a very big shoulder along that road in front of the park entrance. There is also a dirt parking lot just a block away off of 5th St NW(247) and Ash Rd NW. Additional parking is available at Oronoco City Hall on 2nd St NW & 1st Ave NW.

Who May Enter

The race is open to anyone 14 years and older. There will prizes awarded for all age groups. All participants must have proper equipment in order to participate. 

Individual Entry

AGE Group Division: USAT Age Groups apply. Your age will be determined by your age on Dec. 31st, 2009 per USAT Rules. This includes 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

Relay Team Entry

All Male Division: Teams of 2 or 3 Males

All Female Division: Teams of 2 or 3 Females

Co-Ed Division: Teams of at least 1 Male and 1 Female

Registration fees include refreshments, an event T-shirt, Tye Die Beanie, and great fun!

The race will be professionally photographed by Lifetime Photos. Racers will be able to view and purchase their photos online after the race at LIFETIME PHOTOS. 

The Winter Begone! Duathlon will be timed by Pickle Events using Champion Chip technology.
